You will only pay €400 deposit now to reserve your spot. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance (€67) will be due on 30th March and you will receive a link via email in the next month to complete the payment.

All guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour. Spanish.with.vicky Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry for conduct deemed inappropriate, including harassment, intimidation, or aggression. 

* No card information is stored and you will never be billed after your purchase. You can pay with any credit or debit card or PayPal. You can use ANY currency. You don't need to have EUR (Euros) in your bank to complete the transaction, the system will automatically convert your currency at the moment of the purchase.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In order to confirm the reservation of the event, you are required to pay an amount as deposit. The reservation becomes binding for Spanish.with.vicky only upon receipt of payment of the balance of the price. By the end of the 30th day preceding the start date of the event, Spanish.with.vicky will send to you the details for the payment of the balance of the price.

Should you wish to make changes to your confirmed reservation you must notify Spanish.with.vicky in writing within 20 (twenty) days prior to the start date of the event. Spanish.with.vicky may answer within 48 hours after the request. In any case, Spanish.with.vicky cannot guarantee to meet the requests of changes. Spanish.with.vicky’s failure to answer shall be interpreted as a denial to make the requested changes.

Should you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation, you must notify Spanish.with.vicky within 15 (fifteen) days prior to the start date of the event. In this case, Spanish.with.vicky will have the right to retain the amount of the deposit and/or the balance of the price already paid by you.

In case you intend to cancel the reservation after the term above,S panish.with.vicky will have the right to retain the amount of the deposit and/or the balance of the price already paid by you.
