Understand the key difference between the preterite (for completed actions) and the imperfect (for ongoing or habitual actions).

✅ Form Each Tense with Confidence:
Learn how to conjugate regular and irregular verbs in both tenses with helpful tips and practice examples.

✅ Tell Stories Like a Native:
Practice using both tenses together in context — like telling past experiences, describing scenes, or recounting events naturally.

Hola! I am Vicky. I am a certified Spanish teacher and I was born and raised in Spain! I graduated with a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics to teach Spanish. I have more than 14 years of experience in teaching this beautiful language, both as a teacher at the Instituto Cervantes and as an independent instructor 😊 I had the pleasure of helping thousands of students from many different countries.
